Do you cater to all fitness levels?
Yes! It doesn't matter if you're an elite athlete or have never exercised before, I can help.

What equipment do I need?
All of my training programs are completely customised to the client, what equipment they have access to (if any) and where they choose to train. I cater to people training from specialist facilities, commercial gyms and even from home with no equipment. If you would like to train from home I can design your program around bodyweight only, or whatever your budget is to purchase equipment. I can even order equipment at wholesale prices and have it delivered to you directly!

How often does my plan change?
This depends on a number of factors, but programs are adjusted on a weekly, sometimes even daily basis depending on the clients needs.

What if I have an injury?
Many of my clients have acute or chronic injuries, in fact this is something that I specialise in. I work with numerous allied health professionals and seek advice when required and there are very few injuries I haven't seen. There are no injuries that have to completely stop you from achieving your health goals, I'm here to help.

What if I'm unfamiliar with an exercise or piece of equipment in my workout?
That's perfectly fine, I will provide videos of exercises as well as feedback for your technique when you need it. If you're still having problems I can book a video call with you and walk you through it.

Can I cancel at any time?
I don't want to see you go, but you can cancel at any time with written notice. I don't use gimmicks or quick fixes and all clients see results, we will set aggressive, but achievable goals and we will work together to achieve them.
